Woollahra Family medical practice is a private billing practice. All fees are payable at the time of consultation. Cash, all major credit cards and EFTPOS are accepted (card payments attract a 1% surcharge).

Standard consultations are usually for one single presenting issue. Multiple or complex issues generally require a long consultation. Telehealth consultations are charged as a standard face to face consultation. You may or may not get a rebate from medicare for telehealth depending on whether or not you have had a face to face consultation with your doctor in the last 12 months.
Procedural consultations may incur an extra fee.
Specimens sent for additional testing will incur separate fees set by the testing laboratories which may or may not be covered by medicare.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call or email to notify us as soon as possible. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
